- When a master criminal steals the heroin they seized in a police raid, Burnett and Lowrey meet Julie, the only witness able to identify the thief. Burnett passes himself off as Lowrey when Julie insists on speaking to him, and the two are forced to constantly swith identities to keep her confidence.
